Do you only provide lists, or do you automate the whole operation?

The core service is full operation automation. Lists are only one input. We can collect data, enrich it, skip trace it, transform it, and move it into the investor systems that run campaigns.

Can you work with REISift or Invelo if my workflow is custom?

Yes. We design the field mapping, tags, statuses, dedupe logic, and import sequence around your existing process instead of forcing a generic CSV format.

Which CRMs, skip tracing, and data vendors do you support?

CRMs including Invelo, REISift, Podio, and DataSift; skip tracing through SmartSkip, Tracerfy, and BatchLeads; and phone ranking with Trestle. We design the workflow around your actual counties, tools, data rules, and production schedules.

Where does Deep Prospecting fit?

Deep Prospecting is an escalation channel. We reserve it for high-value or unreachable leads after cheaper channels and basic data checks, then use deeper owner, heir, obituary, and decision-maker research to decide the next action.

What if a platform does not publish an API?

We use authorized client-account workflows. Depending on the system, that can mean supported imports, browser automation, webhooks, or approved internal endpoints without bypassing access controls.
